This policy covers all orders shipped from my studio, including handmade goods, returns, and exchanges. I prioritize safe packaging, timely delivery, and transparent communication.

U.S. Orders: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery
International Orders: DHL Express or USPS International (selected for reliability)
Special Handling: Fragile/valuable items ship with extra padding + signature confirmation
3. Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri)
Custom/Made-to-Order Pieces: Requires 7–21 days crafting time before shipping (noted at checkout)
Holiday Periods: Allow +3 business days processing

5. Shipping Fees
Continental U.S.:
FREE shipping on orders over $100
Flat rate **$7.95** for orders under $100
International: Calculated at checkout (varies by weight/destination)
Note: You’re responsible for customs fees/taxes on international orders
6. Return Shipping Responsibilities
My Error (damaged/incorrect item): I cover return shipping + replacement
Change of Mind: You pay return shipping to my CA address
Undeliverable Packages: Reshipment fees deducted from refunds
7. Risk & Ownership
Responsibility transfers to you when the carrier scans the package.
8. Prohibited Items
I comply with carrier restrictions (no hazardous materials, liquids, etc.).
9. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays from natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs holds.
