ArtisanOak.store Refund Policy
I want you to love every handmade piece from my collection. This policy outlines my return guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom/made-to-order pieces
Final sale or clearance items
Products altered after delivery
2. Refund Process
Contact me first at support@artisanoak.store
Once I approve your return:
Ship the item to my Van Nuys studio address (provided upon approval)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return
Processing times vary by your bank/payment provider
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot accept returns for:
Items returned after 30 days
Damage from misuse or improper care
Natural variations in handmade materials (wood grain, textile dye variations, etc.)
Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)
4. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number
Photos of the item (required for damage/defect claims)
A brief explanation of the issue
I’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
